Captain’s Chest is a new portion of the Another Keeper blog that I have wanted to start up for a long time.  This is a place for me to talk briefly about some products that I like, some that I love, and maybe even a couple that I cant possibly go on living without!  I have found that I spend a lot of time on the boat talking with fishing and boat enthusiasts about products that I love that they did not even know existed.  Many of these are not available at the “big box” tackle stores or don’t have aggressive sponsorship programs to for various reasons.  This is surely no reflection on the quality of the product. As a matter of fact, no one I have met in town or on my boat has ever heard of the two best spectra line manufacturers (by leaps and bounds I might add!) in the world.

I’m going to keep this honest, and it is no reflection on what companies I am endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with.  It does usually end up working out in such a way that when you really like using a product you contact the manufacturer to let them know you are happy and usually end up with some type of working relationship. This however, will have no reflection on what appears in this portion of the blog.
